  1. I prefer the placement of the warspite in the first three pictures, maybe a bit more towards the centre, though still off centre. However, the planes make it a bit 'crowded', and the number of planes on the those 'square miles' - to me - unrealistic
  2. Not to much fire (orange) compared to the quantity of smoke? Though, it does look very realistic.
  3. Michael, Some very fine work as usual. Looking forward how she will develop further, and further. Building at this large scale is like drawing large: Errors or mistakes are shown more easily. You really set yourself a task!
  4. Well, I'll be moving files as well. Computer crash, luckily I've a laptop which has most programs and partly the data (remainder on a local server). The annoying part is the installation of the O/S and all the programs. That will take me at least two days. Good luck and patience!

  8. Jason, I'm with mobbsie, what's up mate?!?!? I don't have any progress (to be expected ), but you certainly do ...
  9. Piet, Is it flatbottomed? If so you could do it with four very thin pieces of plywood, there doesn't seem to be much curvature from top to bottom ... P.s. It seems that the navigational skills weren't that good ;-)
  10. Popeye, Scuppers not to small ... all depends on her waterline. If she be low in the water ... you might prefer bigger uns
  11. Piet, See image. Draw the shape on a block of balsa, cut it out, shape it by filing/sanding it. If the aircompartment is all the way roud you don't need the rear piece, just make the bottom ...
  12. Michael, A nice new challenge. I'll pop in from time to time. You are such a lucky fellow, such a lovely piece of wood just drops in your hands at a time you most need it ...
