Beautiful work. A real joy to watch. -
Beautiful work and a great thing to donate to the camp. I would say just add them to this build. Or are they totally different types?

For plastic models, generally you'll need plastic model glue. For wood, just about any wood glue will work.

Without seeing the issue, it sounds like something is out adjustment. You can PM Jim here at MSW. -
Is there a company and address on the booklet or box? You'd probably have to contact them. But with the times they way they are, you'll probably be waiting awhile. Also check as some companies have email to contact them.

For ,me it was the Adams Family. "Talk French to me 'Tish.".... Love the build Robert. Is that the Munsters version?

I think you're sand-bagging us, Tom, and those are actually full size. Where did you find the 10-foot long clothespin? -

Right.. separate log for each model. Makes it easier to find logs when doing research. -

Welcome to MSW, Alan. If you'll go here: https://modelshipworld.com/topic/17023-quick-find-indexes-to-build-logs-for-kits/ you can download a PDF of all the wood kit builds. You'll find all the Bounty builds, past and current, listed in there. As Jeff said, start a build log.

Welcome to MSW. The easiest way to find other models of the Vic is go here: https://modelshipworld.com/topic/17023-quick-find-indexes-to-build-logs-for-kits/ and click on the plastic/resin kit builds. It will download a file of all the plastic/resin kits and HMS Victory is in there.

I'd say jump in also. The MK kits are well thought out. Also, open a build log as it's a great way to get help.

It got my curiosity up.. Goggled "Dr. Brodum" "botanical syrup" 1800 . The good doctor wasn't a doctor and his name wasn't Brodun but Issachar Bear Cohen. Some of the ingredients he used would get probably 20 years in prison.

About the NRG
If you enjoy building ship models that are historically accurate as well as beautiful, then The Nautical Research Guild (NRG) is just right for you.
The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.
The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955. The pages of the Journal are full of articles by accomplished ship modelers who show you how they create those exquisite details on their models, and by maritime historians who show you the correct details to build. The Journal is available in both print and digital editions. Go to the NRG web site (www.thenrg.org) to download a complimentary digital copy of the Journal. The NRG also publishes plan sets, books and compilations of back issues of the Journal and the former Ships in Scale and Model Ship Builder magazines.
