  1. Evening all, progress is going well all my KGL 1st/2nd Riflemen are now made and the painting process starts, the first Five of the new batch have been primed and had their Green jackets and faces and hands painted. Also these bad boys arrived this morning - any guesses where they are to go in my dio?🤔 OC.
  2. Glad the turned up at long last - that saga has been going on for ages - we were all worried that Water would have dried up by the time they arrived - imagine the scene you sitting in your shiny new boat on a dry bed. OC.
  3. Evening all, I managed to get some more KGL troops done tonight - I am getting a few decent poses out of then now, this includes Three dead/wounded, that in itself was difficult as I had to heat then distort some of the legs to get the right position, also the underside needed flattening a bit, I have Five more left to make then it will be priming/painting time. OC.
  4. You are doing amazing work my friend - just keep reminding yourself - its 1/700 scale thats 700 times smaller, you desrve to pat yourself on the back doing this. OC.
  5. And Thank you All for the 20 Thousand Views - I am honoured and feel very grateful to all who have taken the time to view and comment on my build. OC.
  6. Evening, I am really struggling with the internet tonight - keep freezing on pages and so so slow to open or loose connection all together then do a diagnostic and it says the DNS server is not responding - maddening grrrrrrrrr. Anyway I have been amking more progress putting together the remaining perry riflemen, I have been mix and matching with the other box to vary the arm postions, I think in totall I will have about 40 riflemen and about 20-25 5th KGL line, not a bad totall 60-65 fighting in/around the farm, then a similar amount of French - should be quite busy. OC.
  7. Doing some more research on the regiments at LHS during that afternoon and there was - 2nd KGL - All of the day. 1st KGL - reinforcements - mid afternoon 1st Luneberg light battalion - mid afternoon 5th KGL Line - came down the hill but was met by Cuirassiers and a large amount was killed , the rest either made there way up the hill or retreated in to the farm. The 2nd KGL had riflers wore Grey pants and Black facings, small ball hat plumes and a small shoulder detail. the 1st/Luneberg had rifles had Grey pants Black facings, taller hat plumes and a smaller shoulder detail, the 5th KGL wore a Red coat, Grey pants, Blue facings, White shoulder details and had Muskets. This helps a lot as i am able to create all of these from my stash. OC.
  8. Evening all, more KGL made - I am trying to make as many positions as possible from the Five set torso's, it helps having a few arm positions with different rifle positions - getting there. OC.
  9. Indeed Ken, they were rank and file Green jackets as warn by all the British/KGL Riflemen, the only difference is the KGL wore the same grey trousers called London Grey and the 95th worse the same Green trousers as the Jackets, apart from that they are the same - Silver buttons, Black cuffs, and collar stovepipe hats and Green a Green plume on the hats. OC.
  10. Really nice work going on here - with your persistence to create accuracy is lovely to watch. OC.
