  1. Ha ha, I’m still thinking about a work cradle! But your query has prompted me to think... hmm... I’ll share if something clever strikes me.
  2. Wow! You have come a long way from the the Opium Schooner! Very impressive!! (Thanks again for sharing the photos, I just referred to them to figure out how one of the stays is placed.)
  3. I find for myself this is the case. I’m not usually burdened with the ‘prefect being the enemy of good’ problem though. It looks good in the photos. If it continues to bother you, then think though replacement or augmentation, but my hunch is, the deck is just fine and given deck furniture, masts, rigging, etc. you will be quick happy with it. Let us know.
  4. More block work. I used 28 gauge copper wire (blackened chemically - but it wears away easily) on the blocks. My tools are a regular pair of snips, xacto blade and a regular pin (head snipped off and mounted in a pin vise). The pin is the correct diameter loop making as it fits the dyed string I'm using for the standing rigging.
  5. I hear that! I just tell myself: my early work (I.e. what I’m doing now), will help show how much I have improved later!
  6. Wefalck, is there one or two you would recommend (in English, if possible)?
  7. Hola y bienvenidos!! Hello and welcome!!
