If your weather has been on the warm side it could affect the glue like Greg. (It has been summer down in his neighborhood) To late to help your glue if that is the case but you might keep the new bottle in the refrigerator to make it last longer. I am lucky as I have a small hobby shop not too far from my house where I can buy. I like going there because even though it's a small store, they have a large turn over of their CA glue and it always seems fairly fresh. I tend to buy the smaller bottles for the same reason unless I am doing something where I am expecting to use a larger amount.
