Outstanding finish of a seldom modeled aircraft. Beautiful!

Thks Craig I have a deep affinity to ICM kits now they are a joy to build.A little feature the wing tip lights have a long extension that fits into the wing being clear of course you paint that part and the color goes to the lens.I thought it was kind of neat .;)

That weathered Desert Yellow with the Sky Blue undersides is a difficult scheme to pull off... (usually gets mucked up in the transition)

But you did it well, it sure looks the part... Can't see any blue from the top and no yellow from the bottom.... Perfect!

Very, Very well done..... Impressive....

I just wonder what will become of these companies in Ukraine such as ICM. Of course, their products are produced in Asia but the companies themselves are based in Ukraine. My current project is one of these affected, Model Art.

They will be fine. They may be some delays in their daily operations but they will survive fine. I have to say that they offer today some of the most interesting and unusual models and I wish them all the best.

You are correct Yves about the variety of kits they are producing/quality I think ICM is fast approaching Tamyia standards in the future for me it will be Revell of Germany,ICM or Eduard.Which leads me to the next project(s) is it the Eduard Mustangs(3)?I have an affliction for ReCon crates.:D

I tend to agree with the three companies you mentioned. Eduard is definitely a favorite while Revell Germany turns out nice models at a favorable price. Wait until you try a Mini Base kit. Wow, they are amazing! We are in the golden age of modeling. However, Tamiya remains the gold standard AFAIAC.

Excellent model Javlin! Nicely assembled and finished. The paintwork of an otherwise just drab finish came out very interestingly textured and very realistic. I repeat what I said, the transparent parts are very sharply done.

Bravo!
