  1. Most impressive build Kevin and your display idea looks like a workable one. Space is always a problem. Cheers,
  2. Quite a challenge for you Sjors, pictured as a model in working condition or as new. Great progress, my friend. Cheers,
  3. WOW - - - - what a difference Patrick, she looks like she can go 90 knots, easy! Cheers,
  4. Nice work on the rudder and hinges Hans. Yes, Drazen's work is also great. I have been following him as well. Why? you may ask - - - I love these Dutch ships! Cheers,
  5. Hello Drazen, I'm not much help with your question in that I am a meta kind of guy. However, a wood preservative comes to mind that may help keep the moisture fluctuation at bay. Looking at your picture it appears that was a few years ago at an earlier stage of your build and you received 17 comments on it. Do you still have the cracking problem? Cheers,
  6. Nice yard work JesseLee and if CA can do the trick, so what. Once completed there'll be no one to put stress on it, it'll last a lifetime. Cheers,
  7. Hey OC, your wee little boat looks rather presentable, love the paint job. Cheers,
  8. Yup, that's a tiny tender alright - but will look realistic when finished, I'm sure. Cheers,
  9. Keep on plug'n OC, I also like to see the little things taking shape. Just have fun. Cheers,
  10. Magnificent work Kevin. She's a joy to see progressing to the finish line. Cheers,
  11. Marvelous work Doris! Doris the dolphin tamer in real dolphins and clay. Cheers,
  12. Yes, I too look forward to your tutorial. That's a great idea and now I am planning to create mounting rests for my VOC ship "Surabaya" with crocodiles and sharks. Why? Because the name Surabaya is a combination of the Sura = crocodile and buaya + shark in the Indonesian language. Thanks for the idea. Cheers,
