Sjors,

Nice to have some time to view things.  In a few weeks we will be moving out so the remodelers can start....my wife wants some major changes.  We will find another place to stay as pretty soon all the winter residents will be heading back north.

I do hope to start or I should say finish, the R E Lee in our next residence...wherever it is.  In the meantime, I'll just be watching everyone else's fun!

Cheers,

Jim

Hi Jim,

Just take your time.

We entertain you when it's needed…...

When you are back on track with your new home everything will come together.

Thanks Grant,

Starting the rigging…...

I just find out that the masts are 3 storages high ,so that's gonna be a lot of ratlines!

Maybe when I am almost at the end, I like it :D

Thanks Ben,

Yes, she is large.

But real fun!

For a few months she was in storage and I think that that was not to bad.

Now I'm enjoying again building on her.

After a hard day of work it's good to post some progress.

And yes ……with pictures  :D  :D  :D  :D

I make the bowsprit and attach him.

It looks great ( I think)

The part that goes up was a little bit tricky so i put a dowel in it. sand it and use some filler so you don't see a hole or something like that.

Enough talking and picture time.

Hey Sjors, that bowsprit looks awesome! She will be ready to sail in no time and then look out! With her and your San Ildefonso you will be a force to be reckoned with; especially if you are adding an Agamemnon to your fleet. I do have one question however.... How do you get a British, French and Spanish ship to work together peacefully in your fleet?

Thanks,

Patrick

If may be so bold as to answer that Patric, it's quite simple really.

The French and Spanish ships capitulated to the British and Sjors is hiring them. :D  :D  :pirate41:
