Oh wow!

You look so different in your new Avatar!  I like it !!   Or is it really a new replacement you have recruited just for your coppering?   Joking !!!

Super seriously though your copper work looks just perfect and I don't see how you could possibly do this side any better :)

Ok....

No bus but it is still me !

It's just like clothes......I'm chancing it everyday....

Same with the bus, every day another bus......

Even building....now and then another build.....

Only not Anja...I will keep her !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@ Kevin,

Sometimes you have to change.

@ Grant,

Yep, a year ago.

Time flies....when you have fun ! :D

@ Augie,

The passengers has taken the bus and leaving me behind....... :(

@ Mark,

Witch log you are looking at, it's always the right log !

@ Bindy,

Thanks for the good word about the coppering

Wait and see when I'm done with the other side........

Maybe later today an update !

I promise you an update today and here it come.......

Not the update that you are expecting but it is one !

Caldercraft give me a cradle with nothing..

I know that some is painting them or giving it a layer of stain.

I didn't do that.

Because I love planking, I have planked the whole thing !

When that was done I give it two layers of mat varnish.

I think it looks good.

But, see for your self.

I also place the nameplate that I've got from Mobbsie.

But, I don't want you to think that I'm doing nothing, the last picture is an update from the starboard side.

So you see that I'm still at the copperplates !

I like the cradle Sjors… the planking  on the stand ties it all together but won't outshine the giant ship that it will hold. The plate is a nice final touch.

Your coppering is coming along… having never done it myself I can't say too much except it looks like those gaps will be hard to cut perfectly to fit but you'll probably do it with ease eh?

Thanks Randy,

Filling those caps is also for me a difficult thing to do.

I know I spoiled a few before it is correct.

I think I go further with the complete plates and at the end I am gonna start the filling.

Hi Sjors,

Lovely job on the stand mate finished of beautifully by the name plate, well done.

Coppering looks good, don't leave the filling in to long or else your going to get fed up with cutting plates.

With regard to your new Avatar, the pictures fine mate, it's just a shame about the face. :omg:  :D  :D :D  :D

Talk later.

Copperplates are done !!!!!

Not at the bottom of the keel because they don't do that at that time.

And when she is standing on the cradle, you don't see it.

For a while she goes on the shelf and I go back to the Fonz.

I hope to see you there also when there is an update to report....
