  4. hi david, i used a 1mm drill bit. made lots of holes and then used mini files to finish the job. took time but in the end i felt it was worth it. your deck is great. thank you for sharing the deck jigs. all the best mort

  7. from what I remember - it was over 2 years ago - I mostly followed the plans with Peterson at my side the entire way. I probably made the lifts per the illustration but I don't recall, the model is at my sister in laws house. mort
