Hi Popeye, This means now that you are also working on the Boulogne Etaples? And if so…….you glue the pilothouse already on the deck? Give you that no problems when you are planking her?

Adriaan, Somewhere on the pictures of the trip to Mobbsie ,there is a picture of the Endeavor modelship….. I don't know if you can see the deck…... At the model ship world main site at the framing and planking there is a tutorial about deck planking. Maybe that will help you.

Thanks Guys, It feels good to do something. Tomorrow I have one day off work so making dust again I hope tomorrow I can make all the samson posts. Only 21 to go……. I want to use the milling machine ,but I can only mill horizontal and not vertical. So thats all hand made! It keeps me of the street…...

An very, very small update. All the parts of wood must be somewhere gonna be gun port lids…. Glue them together and paint them red... I have to make 26 samson posts and here is number one…... And before I've got the question….yes, he must cut off at the size of 10 mm...

Hi Robbyn, It seems you have read my build log of the Mirage…. Great decision! It's better to store her before you are doing things that you regret later I know that there is a virus of multiple builds but also a virus of shrouds that not goes as we want to ? Can we make a agreement? You finish later on the SF and I finish later on the Mirage? Deal? And when both are finished we will be proud of our self…….

That looks real good Andy Is it a problem that the lanyards going the other way? When you tide them up nobody see the difference. Only the 4000 members of MSW but who cares….

Thanks guy's, @ Mobbsie, I ask Anja about the cotton balls and see hide them also…... She is saying when I used a lot of them, something is gonna be damaged! And because there are more builds in that room ,she don't want to break something from an build. Frank, We have talk about it on Skype. I think that this is the best. @ Andy, You are right….. I've never see a flying Dutchman but I almost see a flying Frenchman….. I wise decision from me to store her for a while. And then that "emphasis" , I 'm not building till thursday because we may go back at work tomorrow…. Yes, holidays are over Back to the normal routine….. So please you keep posting those " emphasis" then I have to see something when I got home for work.

Thanks Augie, From the beginning she don't like me….. She is now standing on a shelf where I can see her and give her bad names! I make a few ships but nothing like this. She will finished somewhere in the future! Maybe when I'm 80 years old or something like that. I was always wondering why builders let there build alone for so long….now I know why! So let's go to the San Ildefonso. Mobbsie…..I want the AGGY!!!!!!!! now……..

Hi Aldo, I think that Le Mirage don't like me anymore…. Everything what can goes wrong, goes wrong Deadeyes are falling out of the shrouds. Lanyards are loosing them self. So I think it is the best to let her rest for a while. I'm happy that I have still the SI where I can work on. I'm going to finish her ,but not at this moment.

I don't want to but I have to agree with Mobbsie Great job on the lanyards and shrouds! Mobbsie is happy when he can do half of that……I think there is no measurement for which I'm happy when I can do that…..
