It looks like you put on the topsail. The answer is: no sail hangs from the low yard. It's purpose is to secure the foot of the topsail. The ratlines of SI (and your others) are out and out equivalent to construct an entire small ship My new house has 1+1 rooms. I have not a snuggery. I search for another having 3 rooms to re-begin my Berlin.
