  1. looks like the rigging is reasonably straight forward, and doesn't interfere with building at deck level
  2. rightclick on them and select delete or doubleclick and press the "Delete" key NIce work on the galleys
  3. hms victory example and another There you are wrong Rob, for then the model should be painted accurately as well. It's up to the builder in my opinion, which has nothing to do with "show-boating" as you call it
  4. glad you discovered your "error" with the knees in time. Beautiful workmanship again on the wooden parts. How did you "solder" the hatch rings? It looks almost like welding when I see the clip on the scisors ...
  5. darker is dull, lighter more contrasting. It depends on how you want to show her - the ship in total - and how much you want to have singular parts stand out. When I look at the metal work against the wood, the ropes from your hammock nettings ... you need to look at the bigger picture and look at it from a distance, not from close up. Very impressive though
  6. IT and directives in gov'ment hands makes me sick ... I could go on and on about it, but I'd rather see that worm take shape.
  7. those laws won't protect you against google Pat. looking forward to that replacement worm
  8. (I wonder if most non-native English speakers "get" the pun wefalk ...) Very impressive Kortes. I am enjoying your build tremendously
  9. Sorry to hear about your health Dan, hope it isn't serious ... heat related? Heard downunder is hit with a bit of a wave ... Sydney opera house ... well, that's a different cookie
