大家好。

我从安克雷(Ancre)购买了这本书,并且已经从事了四个月的研究。尽管图中存在一些误差,但我仍然喜欢作者船上的每个细节,并打算在一年内完成!

Translation by moderator:  Hello everyone. I bought this book from Ancre and have been doing research for four months. Despite some errors in the picture, I still like every detail on the author's ship and intend to complete it within a year!

You do build her in 1/36?

Could you tell us a bit about these "inaccuruties" in the plans please?

hiHeinrich der Seefahrer ,I made it to scale of 1:36. The authoring process is slightly different from the drawing, and some changes are needed. But it doesn't affect the overall completion. Reference to the author's original can be corrected. The RIB sanding line has to be adjusted.

Beautiful work.  Like the others, I am impressed by your work bench.  That is a marvelous tool.

As a confessed tool-junkie I am always freaking out, when I see theses jigs and stuff !

These kitchen implements are marvelous and impeccable metalwork. Would you care to show us how you did them ? I gather the copper soup-pot is a piece of metal forming ? The stove is made from etched parts ?

Hi  wefalck!

Copper Soup Pot using copper turning processing; the oven using integral milling processing, copper wire riveting legs; avoid welding is not beautiful, glue is not solid.

Wonderful work; a joy to read your log and see the intricate detail of your work.  That articulated cradle with drill is  extroardinary.  Did you make that yourself?
