Your Yamato is looking very nice.  Crisp, clean and sharp.  I can't read Czech, but the pictures say it all.

Hi Doris!

Encredible build you have here!

I am wondering how did you make the flag look so realistic? Did you print it on a piece of paper or tissue or...?

Keep up te good work :D

My only disappointment is that  I haven't seen your RC build log up until now Doris, this is such a different approach.  As others have said, simply wonderful and amazing work, your technical skills are masterly, and only surpassed by the harmonious way that you bring everything together to create such a work of art.  I'll definitely be watching to see how this progresses in the future.

Cheers,

Jason

Doris,
Your work is fantastic, not trovsano compliments and words to express what you're accomplishing.
If I ask you a quick clarification on the working methods.
Good modeling and thanks again for what we're showing

Hello dear friends!

Thank you very much for your comments and kind words, I am pleased and appreciate your support a lot.

After a longer break I'm back and I will show you the continuation of my Royal Caroline scratch build.

In addition, some weeks ago I finished my second plastic battleship - USS Missouri in a scale 1:350 (Tamiya manufacturer). My previous model IJN Yamato is also finished. Here are both build logs and a video, where you can see finished Missouri.

I spent some time at the seaside in Turkey ( Mediterranean), this was a great relaxation and enjoyment for me and my husband.

Here are some pics from our stay:

Well, this was already described at this thread, just have a look:

And what´s new on the model.....

I have just started with masts and rigging, I try to make all these things according to plans from Anatomy of RC and also follow books and other credible information to achieve more realistic result.

The bowsprit:

The ropes are handmade using the ropewalk. I use ropes by Corel or Amati...

Making other masts:

The masts are made from more parts, cause I haven't a lathe. This way is easier for me and the masts stay strong enough owing to metal reinforcements.
