Have you received authorization for the mast part from Ancre? Will masts and sails be part of the kit? When do you anticipate kit to be complete and available?

By the way looks great!

Ancre has promised me a partial authorization for the mast, and now it's waiting to sign a formal agreement.

Kit will include mast and sail.

Hello,

If I may make a small comment, it is impossible for a small ship like "Le Coureur " to have a flag with fleurs-de-lis. This type of flag is reserved for big ships that receive members of the royal family. Even in the presence of the king when he is alone on board (which never happens but it is expected), the white flag must be used whatever the ship. The same goes for the flame of war, which is simply white.
There is really no chance that "Le Coureur " have a flower flag.

Hello

Thank you very much.

In fact, I am studying the flag these days, and I have some doubts

I'm referring to the flag of La salamandre

The flag is very important to our model, especially when it is in the wind. It can make the model full of life

But the pure white flag seems to lack some color, If the color is richer, the whole model will be embellished

I understand what you said. He is indeed a white flag. I have seen it in many works

I'll add a pure white flag,

Thanks again,

Cheers!

The gilding does look very good. Would this survive a modeller ageing the sail material?

As long as it is not exposed to the sun, it should not be aged. It is more resistant to aging than ordinary pigments.
