Glenn, you have done yourself proud! Your work and dedication to "getting it right" produced a Winnie that is a feast to the eye. It's been a pleasure following along. Though it was three years ago you started, it also seems so much shorter. Well done!

Congratulations on finishing your Winchelsea.  Your model is a work of art.  I have enjoyed following your build log and it will definitely be a great reference for future Winchelsea builders.

Congratulations on your superb effort.

Thanks seems so inadequate in consideration of all the pictures and instructions you have posted here.
I am about to finish Cheerful having followed your build log alongside the instructions, as it is your level of skill, and more importantly, your patience, that is my aspiration.

In the New Year I will begin my Winchelsea adventure and once again, I shall be using your build log as my guide alongside Chuck’s instructions.

A truly magnificent model! Thank you Glenn for sharing your journey with us, I’ve been following since the beginning and your Winnie is a go-to for when I have a question about how something could be accomplished. Congratulations again!

Hey Glenn,

I thought I'd chime in too.  Your Winnie is a superb work of art.  I reference your Cheerful build regularly as I progress with my own Cheerful.  One thing I have noticed as I've also been following this build log is you've managed to really raise your own bar with the quality, precision, and finish of this model when compared to your Cheerful.  Don't get me wrong, your Cheerful is amazing, which is why it's one of the builds I regularly reference.  But your Winnie is simply superb.  I can't wait to see what you tackle next.

Hey Glenn,
I've been following your blog since the beginning, I always enjoyed it when you posted new photos and comments, insights from the build.
It was a great motivation for me. Thank you for that.
You have built a really beautiful and admirable model.
Congratulations and I can't wait to see what you will do next time.
