  1. Talk about a profectionest your are the king, and all the tools and jigs .... your are most definately at the top of the list of hmmmm professional builders? I love your build log, fantastic job, I love your jigs, beautiful, and your made tools!
  2. Hennie, I will be following your build with great interest as I have the kit and at sometime in the near future hopefully will be starting my build. I just ordered the John McKay book on the Sovereign. Did the sails come with the kit or did you order separately? I bought a started build and it's been awhile since I have perused the box and I do not remember any sails. I do have extra brass fitting that was in the box along with the bubble packed ones. I will be checking in often with you, i am sure i will have a lot of questions as your build progress towards completion. I assume you are going to full fully rig her.
  3. Your english is perfect! What a great build and I loved those pictures of the hulk/clipper ship. Have driven Denmark and stayed in Vordingsboard with friends for about a week, loved the time there!
  4. Well done! With this Covid 19 thingy it has given me lots of time to peruse build logs that I have nither had time for or that did not pique my interest. Again, well done!
  5. Sweet build, love all the research, can't wait to see if your able to finish soon
  6. What a lovely little build! Have always loved train rolling stock but have not touched any type of trains since my teens, how ever I did put togather an N gauge layout for my father-in-law about 10 years ago. Really enjoyed doing it. Never thought about paper models, so this was an interesting build for or me.
  7. Nice build! you will be proud to display this one when you are finish! and you have the master guiding you!
  8. Looking foward to your return and hope that you are doing well during this covid-19 pandemic time.
  9. Fantastic build, I like the cutout construction that you have defined. The details are well done for all the internal construction. Limit the internal lighting I think an overbright display would not look good. Keep up the fantastic work!
  10. Even as a waterline model it's going to be massive. I will check in occasionally to watch your progress
